HDC1080: Sensor behavior during system sleep mode (2.0V)

Part Number: HDC1080
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430FR2310

Hello,

I am currently working on a design utilizing an MSP430FR2310 and an HDC1080.  This design requires minimal power consumption, and thus will be entering an ultra-low power mode while the MCU is not in use, but I'm concerned as to how this will affect the HDC1080.

Basically, the supply rail will be at 3.3V during normal operation, but during the low power mode it will drop to 2.0V (where it will be about 60% of the time).  Do you have any information on what happens to this device at such a low voltage?  I could design in a full disconnect - ie have the supply rail drop to 0V while the sensor is not being used, but I would rather not do that if I don't have to (it would require extra components).

I'm not concerned with damaging the sensor, but I do wonder if the low voltage operation will cause any startup issues.
