HDC1010: Cleaning after soldering?

Greetings,

I would like to use a HDC1010 in a semi-hermetic application. I would like to attach it with a removable solder flux (NOT No-Clean) so that the cavity doesn't get contaminated. The substrate will be a thick film ceramic. Can you please recommend an attachment method and cleaning method to remove the flux without damaging the sensor? I'm thinking of a water wash flux and a bakeout after if necessary.

What damage the HDC1010 is the chemical compound used to remove the flux.
In case you use water it should not have impact on the HDC1010 sensing element.
After the washing accuracy shift will be present It will slowly recovered when exposed to ambient condition.
A light bake (60degC - 30 hours) will speed up the recovery
