Part Number: HDC1000EVM

SensingSolutionsGUI-1.9.2 dont detect HDC1000EVM on a W7 PC but it does on a W10 PC.

ìs it incompatible with W7 or is there a way to configure the GUI?

    Hello Jean,
    The GUI should work on Win7, but will wait until other team members can confirm it.
    However let me give you an update on the HDC1000 device. This part is NRND (Not recommended for new designs) and the HDC1000EVM is Obsolote as can be observed at the individual pages pages at ti.com.

    Please consider the new part HDC2010 just released few months back for any new projects.

    Hello Jean,
    the HDC1000 EVM should work well on Windows 7; I have a Windows 7 PC myself. Can you please check if the EVM shows up correctly in your device manager or if there are any driver conflicts?

    As Jose mentioned, we highly recommend looking at some of our later devices such as the HDC2010 for new designs; it has superior performance and lower power consumption.
