Hi,

We got a question about layout of HDC2010, is it better to leave enough room or hollow out the board below HDC2010 to get a better sensing performance? thanks.

    Hi Leo,
    There are few techniques during PCB design that allow thermal isolation and optimal ambient temperature measurements. You already mentioned room (distance from other components) or hollow out the board around the HDC2010 device. The answer will depend on your type of application and architecture (board components, power supply location, MCU prosimity, etc)
