LDC1000EVM inf uH, changes are not saved

Good day!
I purchased the fee LDC1000EVM, I have a problem.
When I connect it to the chart was drawn Prox Data, and where the inductance showed inf uH. I tried to change the firmware on the 0x208 and put 1.0.3, but then did not charge connected to the program.
Now I put the program 1.0.4 and firmware 0x300.
Now I noticed that when I change Rmax and Rmin then after restarting the program, they become again to 3926.991 k, and other settings when changes are not saved.

Windows XP, In Device Manager, written EVM (Com23).

Read the forum, but the solution is not found

Help me, please!

Hello Viktor,

It seems to be Windows XP problem (does not support Inductance output values). I apologize for this inconvinience. We will fix the User`s Guide ASAP. Is there a way you could try it on Windows 7?

Hello Viktor,

Configurations will not be saved automatically. You would need to save them and load them every time you restart the GUI. Please, refer to the page 13 of the EVM User's Guide on how to save and load your settings.

You did not understand me.
I mean, I have not written to the controller changes!
For example, I put Rmin 1K, after restarting the program click Read all, and Rmin has a different meaning (equal to, for example 300)!

Viktor,

As I understand from the above, you are using our EVM. After restarting the program, all values will be written to default and then read from default. If you want to change the default value of Rp min, for example, you should write the value and save it as default. That way after restarting the program the value will not change. Please, let me know if this is what you are trying to do.
