Doubled measured proximity value

Hi TI team,

we've built a measuring system that consists of four PCBs with LDC1000 and a printed coil on each. These sensors

are positioned at reasonable distances between them and there frequencies are somewhat different to minimize

interference. Three of them work stable, but one occasionally gives a doubled measured value:

"0x2c4f3000, 0x16373000, 0x16573000, 0x16563000
 0x164030ff, 0x2c0530ff, 0x16593000, 0x161e3000"

The least significant byte here is a dummy byte (produced by a command 0xA0), then comes the status byte,

and then two measured proximity bytes: 0x2c4f, 0x1637 and so on. Here is one more example produced by

exposing a copper foil just near the coil:

"0x4e7f30ff, 0x4ec630ff, 0x4e8330ff, 0x4ebb3000
0x4ea03000, 0x4e7330ff, 0x9cea30ff, 0x4e623000
0x4eff30ff, 0x4e9d3000, 0x9cb23000, 0x9cfa30ff"

What might be the reason for such a behaviour? May it be some damage to the chip while soldering it?

Best wishes,
