I want to measure the metal vibration that frequency is about 100HZ-20K ?LDC response time tS_MIN=192×1/fsensor,May I measure the vibration with the LDC1000?

If during the vibration your target moves significantly closer to the coil, you can.

the distance is about 2mm,but I want to record the wave of vibration(amplitutde is very small,frequency is 100H-200K ) . May measure it？

Hello,

LDC IC records the change in inductance/resistance of the LC tank with target being in proximity. The only way to read the vibration of the target is only if target gets significantly closer to the LC tank at each period it vibrates.
