Script to make coils to sense linear movement

Hello,

I was looking for a way to detect the position of an object with a LDC1000 and saw a post about it from Ben Kasemsadeh(http://e2e.ti.com/blogs_/b/analogwire/archive/2014/07/08/inductive-sensing-linear-position-sensing-part-2) where he explains how the shape of the coil should be.

Later I found in another post (https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensor/inductive-sensing/f/938/p/421961/1507102) that he has one script to make these coils and I'm interested in it.

¿Where can this script be found?

Hello,

Maybe just ask Ben Kasemsadeh like George Ioakimedes has done.

Have you tried Webench tools for inductive sensing and coil designer ? It can provide scripts for your CAD tool.

Hello,

I go to New Message, then I write Ben Kasemsadeh in Recipients but it shows "No matches were found".

Hello Jordi,

I attached the coil scripts in Altium format. There are two scripts: one for circular coils and one for rectangular or stretched coils. LDC_Altium_Spiral_Scripts_1000.zip
