LDC1000 coil layer

I have used 2L one with LMP91300, but it was not satisfaction me. I would like to make 4L one.

In what way was the 2 layer inductor not satisfactory?

Hi Chris,

1. The first problem is distance,I have to use target from 8mm away. Below this distance, changing Rp is not desired.

2. So sensitive Rp value led to effect from outside. I mean that when my finger get closer at coil, the output transistor could be drive

3. And I also connected oscilloscope probe to see Rp and CF value, however, when I remove these probes Rp and Cf value are not the same and I think they are effected oscilloscope probe.

Meanwhile your suggested app note for LDC design were so useful for me,
