Hello Team,
We have our device based on the LDC1000 IC and we will be using it in harsh environmental conditions. We have found a dependency between the proximity data and the RpMIN-RpMAX values.
From the point of view of temperature stability, we choose the values for RpMIN = x and RpMAX = y. Then, depending on the temperature and the value in the proximity register, we dynamically (and unpredictably) change these (x, y) values with 2 units up or down.
After we tried the CFB capacitor adjustment procedure in the datasheet, we figured out that the oscillation form and the amplitude were different for the different values of the RpMIN and RpMAX. Should this be correct? If it is, could you advise us how to choose the optimal capacitor value for our case, since the (x, y) values are dynamically moving up and down?
Kind regards,
Varban
