Hello,

I’m trying to specify effective resolution of the LDC1101.

I need sample rate of 15 kSPS. Using datasheet, I determined value of RCOUNT to be 63 for f_CLKIN = 16 MHz and LHR mode (eq. 14). Now I need to calculate effective resolution for given variation of resonant frequency. There is table in SNOA944 that shows effective resolution values for several frequencies. However, I can’t figure out how “# UNIQUE OUTPUT CODES” column is calculated.
