LDC1614EVM: GUI shows no connection with LDC1614EMV when plug in

Hi, I have problem with the Sensing Solution EMV GUI, as it cannot find EMV. I have checked:

1 the device manager, both USB and PORT work good. But there is no connection between GUI and EMV. 

2 reinstall the GUI, no work

3 install NI VISAAruntime, according to the solution posted on TI web before, no work

4 restart, no work

Please help me about this, thank you for your valuable time!

    Hi,

    The Sensing Solutions EVM GUI is not related to NI VISA runtime in anyway. You may have referred to a post about the LDC1101 which uses a Labview based GUI.

    Are you using Windows 10? If so the EVM should show up in Ports ( COM & LPT) as EVM (COMXX). Do you see this?
