LDC2112: not getting enough coupling/signal strength and need review of the application to make sure this part is a good fit

Need an inductive sensing expert to critique this high volume application for pro cons and general confidence / feasibility / concerns in a commercial application, ie making millions of them. If they can suggest different parameters or run a  coil analysis to optimize the output (counts - currently getting low counts with the development board) and see if they think this is a good application in general, would it be reliable and robust.

    We'd be more than happy to review and optimize the design. I would need a little more information about the application before we are able to do so. Would you be able to share schematics, mechanical drawings, and register configuration of your setup?

    Are you working with a local FAE or another TI rep?
