do we have also electrical characteristics for INTB and SD? I didn't find it in the datasheet.

Customer need High/Low Voltage, Thresholds,....

Hi Josef,

SD & ADDR pins VIL = 0.3*VDD VIH = 0.7*VDD
INTB VOL = <0.4 V VOH >2.4 V

We are updating this datasheet - the update will have this information.
