LDC1614EVM: Device not detected. Driver Issue

Part Number: LDC1614EVM

I've installed Sensing Solutions EVM GUI, the required software for LDC1614EVM. However, when the evaluation module is connected, it does not seemed to be detected by the software. After troubleshooting, the error seemed to be that the driver for the device is not installed.

Am I supposed to download and install the driver for the MSP430 as well?

    Hi Angela,

    Apologies, you are facing issues with the EVM setup. Did you run the installation as an administrator? The driver is included in the installation. If your machine still doesn't recognize the correct driver I would manually point the Device Manager to look in the gui installation folder C-> ti -> Sensing Solutions EVM GUI-1.9.x\EVM Driver.
