Hello,

My customer tried to install LDC1314Dial GUI, but Device driver is not installed successfully.

Customer uses “TIDA-00508 GUI & FW Installer 1.0.exe” from below link.

Can you support to solve this?

Or please send Device driver installer.

    Hi Nobuo,

    Is your customer getting "Texas Instruments (usbser) ports (02/11/2014 1.03)" error and using Windows 8 or a later version?

    If so, this is because the newer Windows versions allow the download of signed digital drivers and the LDC1314 has an unsigned driver.

    You would need to allow the installation of unsigned drivers on your computer.
