Does all the TI mmWave products have both I and Q?

I found that some 24G/77G MMIC has only I chanel, some MMIC has both I and Q

Yes, all TI mmWave products (AWR1642, AWR1443, AWR1243, IWR1642 and IWR1443) support IQ architecture
