IWR1443: COM port can't work ok in Linux PC

Hi,

My customer's IWR1443 board works ok in windows PC and now they wants to move the Linux PC.

They installed the CCS7.2 in ubuntu14.04 and the CCS works ok with the board. They saw ttyACM0 and ttyACM1 in /dev, but when they tried to connect with ttyACM0, they can't get right respond.

I tried Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit in VMware with the IWR1443 EVM and the com ports work ok. I can't reproduce the problem.

Do you have any idea/comment on the com port issue in Linux PC?

Hi Chris,
Was this while using the visualizer gui in Chrome browser?

There is a downloadable desktop version available for this gui, can you please try that?
It can be downloaded here https://dev.ti.com/gallery/

Hello Chris,

Were you ever able to verify if this was the Chrome browser or have them try the downloadable GUI? Are they still having any issues in Linux?
