AWR1642BOOST: Issue while installing CCS7 in ubuntu machine

Hey,

I am using ubuntu 16.04 LTS version. I am trying to install CCS7 tool, I followed the instruction as per given in mmwave_sdk_user_guide.pdf manual. The environment setup was successful. when i started by 'Building demo in Linux(4.4.3.2) in that doc, while executing 'make all' command It shows an error that file not found error and i couldn't continue the installation. Can you please help with this issue. I have attached the screenshot of the error.

Hi Srinivasan,

The error shows that the SDK and BIOS path are not right.

Have you set all the environment variables as mentioned in "setenv_tools.sh" ? Please re-look at the environment variable settings and the install all the tools as mentioned in the "mmwave_sdk_user_guide.pdf" .

Thanks for quick response, The path are given exactly as mentioned in the user guide document and all the tools are installed properly, the environment build is configured.

Hello Srinivasan,

But your screenshot shows that the SDK install path and the BIOS path are not found.

It's correct but i have those files in path it needs, but still i get those files are not found. I've attached screenshots with the files in the required path.

The XDC folder , with file xs available in the required path

The folder "packages" is available in mmwave_sdk_01_00_00_05 path

Can you send me the dump of the enviroment variable set in the terminal after setting all the PATHs?

Hi Raghu ,
I tried but nothing worked out still issue exists. I couldn't build the demo("sec :4. 4. 3. 2. Building demo in Linux" in mmwave_sdk_user_guide document).

Srinivasan,

Please let us know how you will need our help to get going.

If the user guide is followed and if all the required tools are installed as mentioned in the user guide , you should be able to have the build environment setup successfully.
