Hi,

I have AWR1642BOOST + MMWAVE_DEVPACK. I am using Radar Studio application. But i could not be SPI connection between the PC and AWR1642BOOST + MMWAVE_DEVPACK. FTDI and RS232 connection are successfully. Radar Studio application image is below. How can i connect SPI?

Hello Naz,
It looks like your FW download is also not successful. Also looks like you are working in SOP2 mode.

When working in SOP 2(Development mode), there should be no functional firmware in the device. Please erase the flash using UNIFLASH before using the device in SOP2 mode.

Once this is done , follow the procedure as mentioned in the RadarStudio User Guide to download the firmware and configure the device.

Hi Raghu,
I did the following in order:

1- I have erased the flash using the Uniflash application.
2- I opened the radar studio and connected the RS232 and FTDI status.
3- I tried the SPI connection.But it didn't happen again.

What is the mistake?

Hello Naz,

In the RadarStudio log that you sent , we do not see the command for SPI connect sent out.
Was your log shared after doing the "SPI Connect" ?
