Hi,

I have a AWR1642, I understand from www.ti.com/.../swru529a.pdf that the maximum frame rate is only 1fps for the range azimuth heatmap. I'm wondering if purchasing the data capture board would allow me to capture range azimuth heatmaps at faster frame rates, and what would be the limit at that frame rate.

    Hi,

    Which software version is being used?

    On the AWR1642 the frame rate will depend on the processing involved since the processing is performed on the integrated DSP.

    When the data is captured using the DCA1000 the processing is performed after capture so this constraint does not exist anymore.
