Multiple OPT8241 cameras in VoxelViewer (bug)

I'm trying to understand how you are connecting the cameras. Can you try the following steps:

1. Connect Camera 1 to the computer with USB cable.
2. Start Voxel Viewer and start streaming.
3. Connect Camera 2 to the computer with USB cable.
4. Start another instance of Voxel Viewer and start streaming.

This should enable you to connect both cameras. You might face some USB bus bandwidth limitations and see dropped frames as you have 2 cameras now.
Please let me know if doing this works.

thank you for your answer.

I have two evaluation kit cameras:

• first one with S/N 91********77
• second one with S/N 84********61.

If I follow your steps and connect the first one (91********77) first, everything works OK. However if I connect the second one (84********61) first, the second instance of Voxel Viewer opens the second camera again (the same as the first instance), indepentedly on the camera selected in the Select Depth Camera dialog. It seems to be a bug either in Voxel Viewer or in Voxel SDK.

Hi,

I observed the same bug, even when you have two cameras connected to one PC and try to explicitly connect to one camera with VoxelCLI by specifying the serial number. It just connects you to the camera of its liking, so maybe the first one enumerated at the USB interface. So it seems to be an issue of the SDK.

Did this issue of Voxel SDK have been solved?
I have the same problem when I use two cameras in one PC and try to receive the tof camera data.
Even I regist two callback functions, the data seems come from the same camera in two callback functions.
Does anyone has the method to get data from two cameras simultaneously?
