OPT8241-CDK-EVM: OPT8241 CDK-EVM not working

There seems to be some issue with my 8241 CDK-EVM. When I power on the camera, the Master LED is green and the chipset LED is blue. When I plug the USB into the controller, both the Master LED and the chipset LED go off. Is there any suggestion for this scenario?

Sudarshan,

Could you please confirm if the LED goes off the moment you plug in the USB cable to the EVM, or only after you start the VoxelViewer software?

If it's the former, your EVM might be damaged and could you please write to ti-3dtof@list.ti.com with a link to this thread and request an RMA?
