I am trying to use the microcontroller as the master to generate the 4MHz clock signal to the AFE4403 chip. According to the datasheet, the pin XIN should connect to the clock output signal of the microcontroller. So how should I connect XOUT? Just not connected? For the clock signal, is there any requirement about the amplitude of the clock signal? 0V to 3.3V peak-to-peak is fine? Thanks!
