AFE4404: Osrams SFH 7060 controled by Arduino

Part Number: AFE4404

Dear E2E Community,

I am working on an university project to display PPG signals with an arduino. We chose the SFH 7060 and Osram recommended the AFE4404 for signal processing. Since we need to use the Arduino instead of the AFE4404EVM.

Sadly, we are not familiar in electronic design and therefore I would like to ask for some help to set up the AFE4404 the right way. We read the SFH7060 and AFE4404 Datasheet and the AFE4404EVM Development Guide to gain as much information as we could before asking for help and this is how far we have come to this point:

The resistor values for the LED are calculated with the supply voltage (TX_SUP) 5V, the forward voltage values for each LED (1.3 , 2.1 , 3.2) and a LED current of 50mA. The other resistor and capacity values and their placement were taken from the schmeatics for the AFE4404 and AFE4404EVM.

Is there anything else we need to watch out for or does this cover everything we need to connect the SFH7060-AFE4404 combination to our Arduino?

Thanks in advance for your help,
