I want to know about figure 2 and 3.
The figure 2 and 3 show linearity of photodiode.
I have question about test condition.
In the datasheet 7. Parameter Measurement Information
explain about light source, but i can't understand well.....
1)How do you illuminate the light source to linear?
2)How do you focus the light to opt101?
Can you give me the diagram of test condition? or schematics?
The linearity characteristic is very important to my paper....
