Part Number: OPT8241-CDK-EVM
Hi,
in the BOM in the file name BOM_OPT8241-CDK-EVM SB REV2P0V1.xls U7: MT47H32M16HR-25E-G_0
However, this part is obsolete according to digikey[1] , and it can not be found in Micron's website. I assume it has been replaced by another one. Can you please guide me to which part was used as a replacement for it.
