I have been working with the TI AFE4404EVM board for data collection from the neck. LED1 (Green) signal is almost always good. However, LED2 (Red) and LED3 (IR) signals are noisy and do not provide a good SpO2 value. I request your inputs on how to obtain good signals from LED1 and LED2 for accurate SpO2 calculations.

The appropriate engineer has been assigned to your post, however do you have a PPG signal that you obtain from the neck? Have you tried measuring from the finger and does that give a good signal for both LEDs?

Hello Amy,

I have tried measuring from the Wrist. And the wrist gives a good signal. It has prominent peaks. However the application that I'm working on requires that the measurements be taken at the neck. I would like to know how I could obtain a better signal for SpO2 at this location?

Can you please share the signal that you get from neck? Please share raw data as well as its FFT spectrum.
