AFE4404: AFE4404 physical consideration

Dear Sir,

I  am studying  on AFE4404 for Pulse Oximeter. 

when tester in the different  physical and emotion will AFE4404 get different Pulse  parameter?

how much for the Variety? thanks.

    Hi Lucifer,

    The input to the AFE is the reflected light when the light from LED is incident on the human skin. and from this reflected light all the parameters are obtained.
    As we are no expert in the biomedical field, we can't comment whether the light being reflected changes based on the physical and emotional conditions. If reflections remains constant, we expect no variation in the pulse parameters.
