Sir, for our project we are using Three AFE4490 where each AFE4490 is connected to two LED and 1 Photo detector, and each LED consumes 100mA. I want to know, if one LP3878 & one TPS7149 is sufficient enough to drive all the six LED’s, and Three Photodetectors.

Hi Keerthana,

I didn't understand why you have two types of regulators and how are you planning to connected them to three AFE4490.
Are you sorting output of both the regulators and give it to AFE4490?

However here are the points to be considered while choosing LED_DRV_SUP.
1) It should have minimum ripple at the output . i.e. higher PSRR.
2) Should be able to supply the currents consumed by the LEDS. i.e. 600mA for your case. LP3878 has output current of 800mA.
3) Should be able to dynamically provide the output current at the frequency set by PRF of AFE4490.
