Using AFE4400, I have been collecting PPG signals from various subjects. The process I follow is : the collected sample from AFE4400 goes through average filter followed by HP filter. So far, my observation is mixed. For example, PPG signals collected from few subjects look very normal and without distortion. With the same setting, for some others, the collected signal is very distorted. That is, there is a lack of consistency. How I can achieve consistency in terms of signal quality? Any suggestions, please.
