If you are referring to ultrasonic time-of-flight measurements for air-coupled applications, please refer to the TI PGA460 and

If you need ultrasonic time-of-flight for liquid-coupled applications, please refer to the TI TDC1000.

What type of application do you need time-of-flight for? What is your ranging requirement (minimum and maximum distance in meters).
