OPT3002: Washing/cleaning after reflow

Part Number: OPT3002

Hello,

We have designed in the OPT3002 for a battery operated sensor.  After reflow we clean the boards with ultrasonic cleaning and detergent (Detergent 8) and then rinse with isopropanol and let dry.  This process is causing some of the sensors to fail.  My question is what wash procedure is acceptable for OPT3002?  Are there any restrictions I should be aware of?

The datasheet stated washing with isopropanol was acceptable.  Any guidance will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Todd
