We are designing a product that operates at temperature 150 C (or 125 C). The PGA900 is claimed to have 91.1 FIT rate at 150 C. But according to datasheet wirebond life is estimated to be 1.2 years at 150 C.
I should consider this parameter in my reliability evaluation, so how does this affect in resulting FIT rate?
