Hello TI people,

Long time not to come here looking for your great help. In this occasion i need to use this pressure sensor with a microcontroller which on it ADC pins drives a voltage range between 0 to 3.6V, but i dont know which is the best way to adapt them. So i would like you can help me this, i was reading about to use a differential amplifier circuit with a filter and the an ADC conversor; but really i am a little confuse.

Hello Ricardo,

I'm not clear on if you just want the pressure-sensor conditioning with an OpAmp, or an entire system design. So I will present a few option here, we can refine this as we narrow down the required circuitry.

First, here is an App Note on Wheatstone Bridge signal conditioning: www.ti.com/lit/an/sloa034/sloa034.pdf .

Next, here is an E2E post that discusses this, using the INA333 with ADS1014: https://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers/precision_amplifiers/f/14/p/526926/1918996 .

There is a ready-to-go Reference Design, TIDA-00150 that would be useful for the complete system design: http://www.ti.com/tool/tida-00150 .

Finally, the PGA900 is a complete IC AFE that contains the conditioning and conversion circuitry all in one device:http://www.ti.com/product/pga300 , and note the EVM for the reference circuit design ( PGA300 Pressure Sensor Signal Conditioner EVM ).

thanks for your help, i forgot to attached the Sensor i need to use, or maybe if Texas has a pressure sensor which can help me with mor PSI than 15, please let me know it.

Now, according with the characteristics of the sensor MS1451, which circuit do you recommend me in order to join it to a microcontroller?
