  • Hi Pulin,

It looks like it may be having some trouble loading the USB2ANY firmware update loader automatically. Please look in the installation directory of the PGA900 GUI for the proper USB2ANY firmware file (it will be named USB2ANY-{firmware version number}). Next you can navigate to the USB2ANYSDK folder that should be in c:/Program Files(x86)/USB2ANYSDK. In this folder you can manually run the firmware update loader, and select the firmware file from the PGA900 folder to load onto the USB2ANY.

If the GUI is connecting properly even when the error shows up, you can simply ignore it.

  • Hi Scott,

    Thanks for getting back.
I updated the firmware based on 'Instructions for Updating USB2ANY Firmware.pdf document that resides within c:/Program Files(x86)/USB2ANYSDK

Firmware file is 'USB2ANY_2_6_3_2.txt' under Firmware folder

I regret to say but the error still persists.

    Regards
    Pulin
  • Hi Scott,

I have managed to resolve this. The quick start guide to PGA900 namely 'PGA900EVM Quick Start guide' i.e. SLDU018 should state that the board should be externally powered up through J20 and J21.
