we promoted the LM20 to customer, but its output voltage is decreased by increased temperature , and customer need one temp sensor which output voltage is increased by increased temperature, do we have this kind of temp sensor.

We have quite a few analog sensors with a positive temperature coefficient (PTC). Our newest is the LMT90. There are actually 16 others as well. I used our selection guide tool (I selected all the one's that had a positive Sensor Gain) to give you a brief summary so you can select the right one that meets your needs. In summary their output slopes range from 6.25mV/C to 15.6mV/C and have a variety of supply ranges. They are also available in a variety of packages as well.
BTW - we were the first to release such a device - that being the LM35, and it's still alive and kicking. :)
