Hello,

Please answer following question from customer.

Customer needs this information because of FMEA analysis.

Please advise if 3 VDD terminal is connected together internally.

And also advice what will happen if 1 or 2 VDD terminal is opened by occurring trouble.

(for example LMT86 will work but accuracy will be degraded.. etc.)

Hi Toshio,

The 3 VDD terminals are not connected together internally.

All pins must be connected to guarantee proper function of the LMT87.

Customer asks how the device behaves at the failure condition below?

Could you please fill in the blank below?

	OPEN	Short to GND
VDD_1pin
VDD_4pin
VDD_5pin

Actually, how do those 3 VDD pins connected internally? Some of them are used for test purpose?
