TMP122 Temperature Offset

Hello,

we use the TMP122 AIDBVR since year 2003 and the Sensor Offset was always typically +/- 0,8 °C.

Since 2014 with LOT 2087108NFM and 4205224NFM we have a mean Offset of +1.47 °C and +1,57 °C. Maximum is +1.92 °C

Many Sensors are out of the Specification +/- 1.5 °C.

We measure the sensors on the PCB at Vcc= 5V on a metal plate in a chamber with 23 °C and 3 calibrated PT100 Sensors.

Can you send the Temperature Offset test data of these two Batches?

Can we return the Sensors of LOT 4205224NFM and get Sensors within Specification?
