TMP006: angle variation after welding

hi my customer Hilxx... would like to know what is the max delta variation after soldering the part.

the geometry will change and we would like to know how much degree?

 Figure 7 of the datasheet show the delta with the part horizontal., sop what happen when the sensor is not really horizontal.

    Hi Kamal,

    We don't have a specification for mounting angle, because it is not entirely controlled by TI. The device should level itself in solder reflow. The parameter that TI controls would be variation in solder ball size. You can see this expressed as bump height and bump coplanarity on page 4 of the following document. Note that TMP006 is a DSBGA device with 0.5mm pitch.
