Dear Technical Support Team,
Does LMT01LPG have waterproofing?
Do you have a document for waterproofing?
Our customer'd like to use it inside like a refrigerator.

Our plastic package is not designed to be submerged under water for so long. With longer exposure, water can seep along the leads at the interface between mold compound and leads, get to the die, and cause reliability problems. You will need to look at conformal coating to seal the package.

Hi Ttd,
Thank you for reaching out to us for your inquires. Kelvin is absolutely correct that LMT01 doesn't design to submerge under the water. Placing the LMT01 under the water will short both Vp and Vn without any proper insulator. Since you mentioned refrigerator application, I have a few type of LMT01 probe that you can use for your customer's application. I can send some probe to you. Attached files is the pictures for the probe.
Ring Lug Probe:
Stainless Steel Probe:
Plastic Probe:
Let me know if you have further question.

Hi Jayer,
I am happy to send some sample for you. You can break the LMT01EVM board at the perforation, and solder down the LMT01 probe wire on the board (red = VP, white = VN). I will add you to my friends list, and you can send me your shipping address privately.

Could you please get in contact with me. I'm interested of using LMT01 probes in stainless steel and plastic.
