Our customer consider using this device with condition Anti-icing and waterproof.

LMT70 accuracy from -20C to 90C is 0.2C so it should be able to detect icy conditions very precisely.
We are not aware of any specific use case for waterproof, however that will depends on how the customer designs their system. The package may limit the waterproof usecase,

Is it possible to process LMT70 with plastic mold for the waterproof usecase?

The only package available is the WLCSP (very small footprint) since it was intended for portable wearable applications, therefore has a small footprint. The IC by itself wont be waterproof but you could design a very small PCB and enclose this PCB inside a water proof non-corrosive material. That is the only recommendations we can provide in this use case.
