We use LM96080 to monitor the 12V power, 3.3V power, 2.5V power , 1.5V power , 1.1V power and 1.0V power, , the application circuit is shown below.
I tested the voltage on LM96080’s PIN, ALL voltages are correct. Such as: IN0 : 2V IN1: 1.99V, IN2: 2V IN3 : 1.5V IN4:1.1V, IN5: 1.0V
And we read the registers of LM96080, and get the following values:
{068}[10:08:23.556-06/16/2017][0055,18:17:57.606]1-1-02-hal.hbmnte$ 0x20 0x4022 0x80c9 0xc8 0x8096 0x406a 0xc061 0x40cb 0x0
{069}[10:08:23.572-06/16/2017][0056,18:17:57.606]1-1-02-hal.hbmnte$ 0x28 0xffff 0xffff 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00
{070}[10:08:23.583-06/16/2017][0057,18:17:57.606]1-1-02-hal.hbmnte$ 0x30 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00
{071}[10:08:23.594-06/16/2017][0058,18:17:57.606]1-1-02-hal.hbmnte$ 0x38 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00 0xff00 0xff01 0xff08
Address: 0x20 : 0x4022
Address: 0x21 : 0x80c9
Address: 0x22 : 0xc8
Address: 0x23 : 0x8096
Address: 0x24 : 0x406a
My question: how can we calculate the input voltage from the value of registers?
Such as : Address: 0X20 value; 0x4022 0x4022 * 2.5mV *6= ?
