set Configuration Register bit 2，let the temperature range from -64 degrees centigrade to 191 degrees centigrade ,then ALERT# is low in 25 degrees centigrade，set which register to control ALERT# is low when the tempurature more than 87 degrees centigrade and control ALERT# is high when the tempurature less than 87 degrees centigrade even under 0 degrees centigrade
and set which register to control THERM# is low when the tempurature more than 103 degrees centigrade and control THERM# is high when the tempurature less than 103 degrees centigrade even under 0 degrees centigrade
