LMT70EVM: Standalone LMT70 outputting lower voltage (higher temperature) compared to LMT70EVM

Part Number: LMT70EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMT70,

I am interfacing the LMT70 (broken off an LMT70EVM) to an Arduino Uno and comparing its TAO output to the output of an LMT70EVM which is reported by the desktop software. At room temperature, the standalone chip's TAO is ~955mV while the EVM reports ~982mV consistently; this is a 4-5°C difference. The standalone LMT70's VDD is 2.7V, T_ON is 2V, and TAO is hooked up to a 10-bit ADC with 1.5V reference. I am using a 100nF capacitor from TAO to ground before the ADC input. How can I get an accurate reading of the temperature?
