TMP451: TMP451 issue about ALERT

Issue description:  

ALERT will be low when work at -5~-10℃. We try to change “STANDARD BINARY” to “EXTENDED BINARY”, firstly, we need to set the BIT2 of register 03 to high. But when we set it, the ALERT(pin6) will be low. So the EC will reset, equipment cannot work.

please help to solve.
