    The mechanical drawing in page 45 of the data sheet have the thermal pad information.

    You mean mechanical drawing in page 45?
    Because my datasheet page 45 is IMPORTANT NOTICE, i don't found any thermal pad information.
    My datasheet version date is MARCH 2013, the mechanical information in page 44.

    But i also couldn't found any thermal pad information in page 44.
    Could you help it if i missed?

    You are correct, I meant page 45 of the data sheet. As you can see the "Exposed Thermal Pad" element is shown on the 3rd drawing. Agree that the relevant dimensions are missing. Let us find out what is the reason for this and will update the post.

    Hi Shu-Cheng,

    I checked the data in the database. It showed that the metalized feature wasn't there. As you can see, the note indicated that some part might have metalized connected to the both sides. I need to order a few device for inspection, and I will submit a request for the drawing as well as BXL file your design. It might be take some time to complete the request.

    Hi Shu-Cheng,

    I verified the physical device and the database. It turned out that it is very similar to the attached footprint. I took the photos of the physical device top and bottom and will generate the ePOD attach to the datasheet. It shoudl have a proper dimension.
