    Lei,

    Device is ESD sensitive.  Production experience has demonstrated that this device can be safely manufactured using ESD control procedures compliant with an established industry ESD control programs such as ANSI/ESD S20.20.

    Hi Lei,

    I was able to find all parameters except item 8. I wasn't sure what type of temp coefficient you are referring to. It is unclear exactly what you are asking for. TI doesn't calculate package level CTE. Are you referring to the thermal coefficient in the the thermal resistance? Please advise.

    Here are the paramters.
    9. Peak reflow temperature is 260°C max
    10. Peak reflow time : 30 sec max within 5 degree to peak temperature
    11. Total time above 217°C is 60-150 sec
    12. Same as item 11
    13. n/a
    14. Classification level 2
    15. 3kV
    16. 200V
    17. 1kV
    18. Level-2-260C-1Year
