It is written in this way

Reflow peak　235℃　20sec??

    The values on the Absolute Maximum Ratings are the limits you can't exceed or otherwise you will damage the device. For soldering it means you can't exceed 235C. For convection heat transfer this max temperature exposure can't exceed a duration of 20 seconds.

    Hi Masashi-san,

    The device is a glass sealed ceramic formed lead flat pack package. The package is governed by mil spec MIL-PRF-38535. It does not have a reflow profile per specs nor the MSL since it is hermetic ceramic package. You can use basically any reflow profile. This is why it is listed as unlim (unlimited) on the web:
