LM63: Fan speed cannot turn down when temperature go down.

Dear expert,

We use LM63 for temperature control. When measure temp go to high, fan speed also turn up.

But when our measure temp is cold down, the fan speed is still keep in high speed.

May I have your feedback about what item should I check first?
